The Plucked String category includes a Blanchet Cembalo (reproduction of a Blanchet harpsichord), Clavichord, Harpsichord (produced by AcousticSamples) and a Spinet (a small harpsichord). The harpsichord by Acoustic Samples has a few extra settings the others don’t have. You’re able to enable/disable different registers. Basically what happens is that certain strings are switched on or off depending on which register you select. Quatrepieds will enable/disable the 4′ strings, Huitpieds is for the 8′ strings and selecting Luth will mute the 8′ strings making it sound almost like (to me anyway) muted guitar strings.
